I gave all my insurance and address information over the phone to set up an appointment with the doctor to the guy in the office. A day later they gave me a call and asked exactly the same questions I responded. Then I requested to talk their manager. She apologized and I have to give all the information again spelling every word and I spent another 40 minutes with her on the phone to response same questions. Dr Moondra has been my Primary Care Physician for the past 5 years. She is an excellent doctor, she is compasionate, detailed oriented, has patience of a saint :) There has been times when I would get a call or text from her asking me about my health or my follow up progress. If need be she has coordinated with my specialists. She is just an amazing human being!
Dr Moondra is very compassionate. She takes her time with her exam and listens to my concerns. Dr Moondra goes out of her way to call patients after her long day of office hours to check on them and discuss issues that may come about with labs etc. When a doctor take this kind of time with a patient it shows true compassion for her patients & families. I have been seeing her for the past 4 years and she has always returned my calls No matter the time of day and treats me with respect. I high recommend her!!
The most thoughtful, caring doctor. Great practitioner, truly cares about her patients, devotes time to above and beyond to answer questions and provide information & advice.
Have been a patient for many years and would not trade her for any one .I have lots of medical conditions and she is over the top in caring for me I always ask God to keep blessing her with health so she can continue caring for many people
