The cabin was very nice. Our issue was the keypad did not work. We were locked out of our unit for over 2 hrs before someone brought us a key to get in. Ok. They told us they would get a locksmith later and when we checked out just to leave the key on the counter. So we did. Next we see a charge for $62 for a locksmith on our credit card!!!! They are refusing to refund stating they told us to leave the door unlocked. So basically, we are paying for their broken door pad. Beware and read other reviews. This company is NOT cus... read more
OWNER AT WOODLAND CASTLE PROPERTY HAD A MAJOR WATER MAIN BREAK. NOT ONLY FAILED TO TELL MOONDANCE HOME RENTALS WHO MANAGE THE PROPERTY...BUT AS WELL MYSELF & MY POOR PARENTS WHO ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER. OWNER WAS EVEN THERE AT THE PROPERTY FIXING IT AND NOT ONCE INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO MY PARENTS. MOONDANCE REFUSED TO COMP BACK BOTH DAYS, NOR OFFER ANY TYPE OF 2-DAY CREDIT FOR A FUTURE DATE.
