ALWAYS treating our fur babies with LOVE
Very disappointed with the care given to my Osprey yesterday. She was still dripping blood when we got home. Its WAY worse than when I brought her.
Would like to shout out how impressed I am with Moonbrook Vet. Not only did they help me with getting my Uncle Jeffs cat Amy in right away (who I may add was not a patient here) but also took very good care of her and me when we had to let her ago, provided a burial service in a pet cemetery, was affordable, and took in his other fur babies too for their checkups... but they also sent a personalized sympathy card, not with one generic quote but an individual message from each staff member including the vet who helped us! Vacationing at Lake Chautauqua with our dogs, thank God for Dr. Brown and the wonderful staff who took the time to help us with our little guy and his eye problems. They were very professional, kind and compassionate. While I'm not happy that I had to see a vet at all (it's usually not a good thing having to rush to one, especially on vacation!!), I couldn't have picked a better one to go to! I've had pets at Doc Rappole for YEARS and never had anything but excellent service!!! I've had cats, dogs & birds and they've been handled in a loving fashion for years. I'm sorry to see others pets have passed...sometimes there are complications and I'm sure Dr. Rappole would be glad to discuss it. He's a very compassionate man. You don't stay in business that long if you aren't good.
I have always gone to Moonbrook. They are very nice and patient.
