I will never step foot in this place again !!! First, why be on time for a appointment when you sit in your vehicle Everytime for at least 20 minutes ? Why not give a heads up when you call to say you have arrived. Then we get to see the vet and the appointment was totally rushed. I voiced my concerns about simparica and that was met with rude remarks from Katie -use a soresto collar or you can always spit on your dog ?!?! I've had pets at Doc Rappole for YEARS and never had anything but excellent service!!! I've had cats, dogs & birds and they've been handled in a loving fashion for years. I'm sorry to see others pets have passed...sometimes there are complications and I'm sure Dr. Rappole would be glad to discuss it. He's a very compassionate man. You don't stay in business that long if you aren't good.
Dr. Rape performed surgery on my dog. He promised that the surgery would save her jaw... When I got her back, their was only half a jaw left. A week later, looking a his handy work, he called her the "wrath of God." Two weeks later I had to rush down to the hospital to see my dog one last time before I demanded he put her down. She went through two weeks with half a jaw, working daily to eat enough food, for him to tell me in the end... She never stood a chance.
