I received bodywork from Sarah just before the birth of my second baby. She lovingly held my birth intentions and truly made space for my body and baby to relax and settle. Less than a week later I had a smooth and blissful unassisted homebirth. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone and especially to women as they are entering the birth portal. I was looking for a myofascial release therapist with advanced training who also listened to what my physical and emotional needs were. Sarah did listen, and individualized my care. She had a deep understanding of how to help me access the mind body connection, and I could feel fascia unwinding like never before. I have before and after photos that show actual changes in my body (more balanced hips and shoulders).
I found Moonbeam through a Google search for prenatal massages near me. The online booking was easy and Sarah greeted me upon arriving to the upstairs studio. The vibe was relaxing, warm, and cozy. I left feeling so much more relaxed and at peace in my body. I booked another session to go back!
