I always have a great experience here. The office staff is helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind, and when you call, you actually reach a real person, not AI or automated bots. That alone says a lot these days. Dr. Moonat is attentive, responsive, and an excellent listener. Appointments are well-documented, the wait time is minimal, and I never feel rushed during visits. My mom, a diabetic, called to have her appointment rescheduled due to not wanting to drive on the road, (after authorities have recommended that we stay off them) tried charging a cancellation fee. Receptionist was very rude, and dismissive along with the “supervisor”. Responded “maybe you shouldn’t have made the appointment if you couldn’t make it.” If I was Dr. Moonat I wouldn’t want people like that working for me. If you don’t know how to talk like you have some sense, maybe you shouldn’t work in healthcare.
1st time visiting this office. Dr. Moonat was very thorough and polite.
Good service, staff was kind. Doctor was professional and helped me out.
