I called Moona Lashes to purchase a gift card for my mother that lives in Leland NC (I live in CT). I asked her if she would be able to mail the gift card to her and she stated she could do that. I asked what type of payment she accepted and she stated Apple Cash. I had never used that prior today and not only did she help me by giving me directions on how to pay with Apple Cash, as she did not want to have my card info, but she also hand delivered the gift card to the front door of my Mother’s house! She did a great job! Price is fair and my lashes look very nice. This was my first lash experience and it did not disappoint.
This girl was unprofessional. Obviously I like longer lashes which was evident. I never said I didn’t go over 14mm girl stopping making things up. You must be use to doing a poor job and ppl just handing you their hard earned money. I work hard for my money and I’m not just going to hand it to you when you didn’t provide the service I asked for!!!! They’ve been removed. Went in for a full set. Had lashes on so she could tell I liked longer lashes. These lashes are so short, and definitely not volumes. When I told her these were so short, and I didn’t like them at all. Instead of trying to fix them she wanted to take them off and charge me over $100 for the removal.
