I do not recommend this product for American skin unfortunately, even if you have melanin. It truly damages your skin and has bleaching agents that they use in Africa. This product has totally destroyed the barrier of my skin. I am so upset. I’ve also reached out to the owner to advise her of my experience, and I was totally ignored.
I bought the Exfoliating Soap hoping it would help with my hyperpigmentation, but it ended up making things worse. It clogged my pores, caused more breakouts, and actually worsened my hyperpigmentation. It’s frustrating because a lot of these reviews are paid & fake—plus, she deletes negative comments and clearly doesn’t handle criticism well. I won’t be supporting or purchasing any of her products again.
I’m super disappointed in this company!!!! They have a policy that says if you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 60 days, even if the products are completely used just send empty bottles! I used some of the products and it broke my face out. The fading cream didn’t work for me nor my daughter either with the small area that I still have on my face. Omg....the brighting mini kit I tried really shedd my skin of old & new hyperpigmentaion I struggled with for years ...I am a continuous customer because I have been happy with the progress of my skin ..u just have to trust the process everyone's skin is different but it's working for me...T.
