DO NOT STAY HERE - One of the bed sheets had smears of makeup on it (foundation). - In the kitchen the floor was dirty, it looked like bits of dog food. - The tub had hair and dirt in it. - When I reached out to customer service they didn’t respond via email and they didn’t pick up the phone. - TV didn’t work. - Dust and grime everywhere - Trash, empty cans, old furniture and discarded clothes litter the property - The restaurant beside the lodge is overpriced and gross It was not something in control of the lodge but in the... read more
SCAM ALERT NO REFUND PROVIDED Nice on the outside, gross on the inside. We stayed at the moon water lodge on Aug.6th for the last day of our trip to the island. We were excited to stay here for the views. When arriving the exterior looked nice and the view was great. It was about 5-6pm and the place is self check in which we typically prefer, however in this case it turned out to be a bad thing. This very cute little Lodge is in an amazing location (driving)!close to everything. Make it your hub to explore the Island. The room had the most AMAZING views! Misty first day but then clear views all the way. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Best check in ever, wishing all hotels were this easy. Park, go to your room and use the code that was mailed out to you the day before arrival with room number. The Spa Tub and Views were unforgettable I already miss waking up to it.
