This was my second session with Paloma and it was as wonderful as the first. Paloma helped me to ground into my body and the earth, helping me to feel safe and relaxed. Her touch is firmly rooted in ancestral knowledge and somatic body work. I highly recommend a session with Paloma!
Very good class and Lana is an excellent teacher. So relaxing I fell asleep for a moment when we were practicing on our back with cloth over our eyes. Highly recommended!
