Products are amazing, HOWEVER, customer service is non-existent! My package of 10 lip balms was lost in the postal system, so I called. Gal on the phone said once package leaves their facility there's nothing they can do, Sucks to be me!!!!!!!! I had an e-commerce site for years and we always followed up with shippers on our customer's behalf. I will purchase from Patriot Switch in the future!!!!!! It's a shame Moon Valley didn't want to keep a long time loyal customer. Now I know!
