Very professional and thorough. They arrived with the tree, dug the hole, cleaned up afterwards, and left a nice watering ring around the hole to make sure it got plenty of water.
Purchasing experience with Alex was great. Followed by a perfect install with Gonzalo Cervantes. We couldn’t be on site but had the tree placement marked. Gonzalo contacted us upon arrival, and sent several pictures of the completed project. He nailed it!
Excellent experience! Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me choose the right trees for my property. The nursery has a great selection of healthy, high-quality trees at fair prices. You can tell they take pride in caring for their plants. I highly recommend Alex and this nursery to anyone looking for beautiful, healthy trees and outstanding customer service!
Mark at Coachella Moon Valley is amazing!! He made the purchase of my grapefruit tree truly easy!! He made a special trip to go and find one for me at another of their nurseries, and it was delivered and planted today!
Before stopping by, I called the nursery with a few questions, and Alex was the one who helped me over the phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer everything without making me feel rushed. After coming into the store, he continued to provide excellent customer service, helping me choose the right plants and offering helpful suggestions for my landscaping project. The plants were healthy, the selection was great, and the staff was fantastic. I highly recommend this nursery.
