I want to start by saying how deeply disappointed I am with my experience at Moon Valley Nurseries. What began as what seemed like a great experience ultimately ended in a complete disaster. I purchased a large number of trees—primarily palms— and was sold a protection plan. Later, based on the advice of my sales representative, Matt, one the store managers hired by the Corporate office, Bret, I was told I could remove the replacement plan and add it back within three months of planting. 12/31/24 Services were received from Moon Valley Nurseries Murrieta CA. planting crew. All team members were prompt, efficient and truly appreciated. Unfortunately, while replacing several hedges and shrubs, newly installed low voltage lighting cords had been struck by the planting crew. Several lights were inoperable and were no longer functioning along the back and side right wall where hedges were replaced and shrubs planted. The Katy TX location has some serious issues in regards to communication with customers, CRM or lack scheduling software to facilitate customer experience. Management needs to lift the rug there and take a look

We visited the ElMirage location this afternoon inquiring about 2 of our trees that were planted by MVN a couple yrs ago Julio Lozada immediately followed us home , educated us regarding our trees and assisted us with making a care and maintenance plan. Thank you Julio for all of your help.
