the bad experience started with someone who doesn't listen and did a bad desgin then I called customer service complained then sent a manager he agreed nothing was done then they sent another person out he agreed told me he would take care of never did. then I left a bad review they called again and never did anything last time I tried was Nov last year and they told me to write everything down and turn it in I did and never heard from them again. they fight you with every plant that dies. they don't do what you ask. and I s... read more
Great help from Jonas and James selecting perfect tree for our yard!
The good experience started with Issac and the selection of 2 trees. Tamar Williams and his crew arrived at 11:45, their scheduled time was 12-4. They did a great job selecting the right spot for planting as the old stumps were buried. good job guys, we are very pleased. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.
Jonas was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for and make recommendations on how to make and keep our yard looking beautiful.
just had two trees put in front yard and they look great. very positive experience from beginning and the people are very professional from mr. Lopez at nursery to the workers who got rid of my old tree to the ones who put in new trees. I would recommend these guys over anyone any day of the week. Thanks guys!
My wife and I went to find a new tree for the front yard. Charlie show us around and the trees that would best fit our lanscaping. We found a nice lagerstoemia tree and picked out a extra plant, a Blue agave. Ben and his crew did a fast job planting and cleaned up after themselves.
Fantastic job. Also had them come and prune my trees, as they were starting to look like Phylis Diller. J
Wesley helped us a lot when we were picking out trees. During the installation, Ben the crew leader was very helpful with after installation instructions. Ben’s crew was fast and efficient and left the yard in great condition.
