I had an excellent experience with Tom Powell at Moon Valley Nurseries in Marana. He was so nice, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He came to our home first to assess our landscape and I walked him around to various areas in our yard to ask a million questions which he addressed. Next, I came to the nursery to pick out a great palm tree and even in 111 degree heat, he walked back and forth with me with no complaints but was super positive, accommodating and patient (even though I'm super indecisive). They sent me a tree different than the one I picked out. The one they sent is much smaller and less thicker. So far no one will answer their phone. I've tried to send them pictures of what I've took of the tree I picked out haven't heard back - via text message. If you buy a tree take it with you!!!
Needed some replacement azaleas for my front bed and picked out two plants to match my existing ones. Upon coming home, my landscaper informed me the plants were not the same species. I took them back along with some leaves and a flower from my existing plants and the salesperson who originally assisted me insisted the plants I had purchased were the same. There is a no refund policy in place, and I could exchange them for something else. He assured me after looking at my "sample" leaf and flower they were the same. The... read more

Cody,Trey and the guys were wonderful! Hand dug holes for 8 large oak trees and 8 red tips put mulch around them and watered and was done in about 3 hours. Left job site immaculate! Highly recommend them!
The nursery is outstanding! Working with Mando was a great experience. His knowledge and customer service is phenomenal! Not only will I be a regular customer; but I have brought my clients back as well! Thanks Mando!
I have had excellent experience with Moon Valley Nursery in the past. This time I purchased four fruit trees. JMeel Almoravid was so helpful helping me find the best trees in my price range. He is very knowledgeable. The crew planting were very professional, gave good care instructions and the trees have been in almost two months now. They are doing great!

Moon Valley Nursey has absolutely horrible customer service and is taking advantage of their customers. I bought a tree from them on 4/24. I went there to buy a small cheap tree and they kept pressuring me to get a $600 tree. Eventually the guy offered it to me for $400, which I accepted against my better judgment. He asked if I wanted to pay a $150 fee for them to deliver and plant it or if i wanted to plant it myself. Well I said I'd plant it myself to save money. NOT ONCE WAS A WARRANTY EVER MENTIONED!
