We spent a significant amount to purchase trees and plants to landscape our backyard and spent extra for the warranty. The pre-purchase experience was great. They came to our house, gave us helpful recommendations and we settled on plants we were happy with. As soon as that credit card was swiped, the customer service declined significantly. Moon Valley Nursery is the best! From the moment we purchased our tree to the final planting, everything went smoothly. A big shout-out to Shareen, the manager at the Brentwood location, and to Angel, who assisted us throughout the entire process—absolutely amazing service in-store! Nic and his crew were fantastic during the planting—professional, efficient, and friendly. I went to the Brentwood store on August 1 to buy a tree. A nice store with great selection-but I was charged over $400 for a bag of mulch and a Jacaranda tree in a 15 gallon bucket. I think that is a criminal price. I walked all the way to the back of the nursery through thick gravel (must have been 90 degrees) found the tree I wanted, walked back to the front of the store, got a dolly, walked to the back again and hauled the tree through the heavy gravel until I was maybe a hundred yards from the storefront at which time an... read more
