The Brentwood Moon Valley Nursery is completely incompetent when it comes to delivering their product to their customers. They make a commitment to deliver at a specific time and do not even show up that day and they do not have the courtesy to call the client. They have no respect for their clients time. We had an amazing experience at this plant nursery! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Cole, the manager, and Angel, the salesperson we worked with, were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. We were looking to purchase a couple of trees for our front yard, and they guided us every step of the way — giving great advice and making sure we found exactly what we needed.
