I am so thankful I worked with Blake as my design specialist at Moon Valley Nursery. He asked the appropriate questions to figure out exactly what I wanted when I didn’t even know! Everything stayed on point as scheduled and the installation crew led by. Jeremy did an amazing job also. I have a very small yard with a very big impression which is what I was going for.. Cannot go wrong with these professionals.
I placed an order and changed my mind as I felt that they were too expensive for the plants we ordered. The problem is trying to get them to refund to my cc. I have called 3 times, emailed them, and texted them. NO RESPONSE!
If you're looking for a place with a good inventory of plants and trees, help with deciding what to put in your yard and for the planting to be done for you, then Moon Valley may be a good option. If you're looking for a a full service experience - a place that is truly interested in the customer and in ensuring your plants are going to thrive once planted, provides detailed instructions on the payment, pre-planting and planting process, and follows through on support, then I do not recommend them.
I do not have a green thumb and Tom took his time and explained the different types of trees we were looking for. He was kind and very patient. The process was easy and seamless!
