Christian was incredibly helpful. I dropped by on a Sunday morning and within the hour I had located a tree, bushes and plants for my front and back yards, and had scheduled a date for planting. Tree selection was incredible, as were all the plants. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience when we initially went in and met with Madie, the manager. We purchased several thousand dollars in fruit trees. If your goal is to go to a nursery once and never again, we enjoyed this nursery. This is the easy part. What makes a great nursery, or company for that matter, is knowing your customer and following through on your word. Came in and talked to Jason Helsley about a area in my yard that im having trouble growing flowers in. He made some great suggestions and even showed me what products to use on the plants like fertilizer and root stimulate. Definitely will keep coming back to Moonvalley for all my plant needs. Ask for Jason he is very knowledgeable.
Horrible. No communication. Started work randomly at house 2 months early without warning. Scheduled dates for service I hadn't approved. Definitely not forthright about the process and overall pretty dismissive or non responsive.
