Chase was awesome from start to end! We started at the Frisco Home Show and ordered three trees. They came in May and were doing awesome, till one took a turn in early July. We talked to Chase and resolved that it was a goner and he took care of us. We will be back this month for crepe myrtles and vitex!
Madie M, the GM at this location made the ongoing experience incredible. The tree was a little expensive and very much so a “treat yourself” item. The increased rain we saw at the beginning of the summer wrecked havoc of the tree. She is was so incredibly helpful when I called and walked through the process and how we make sure that it doesn’t happen again, together.

We had them remove three trees and add in another. They work in separate teams so tree removal, stump removal and tree installation. And everyone was great and highly professional but the stump removal team preformed beyond expectations. They even removed all the visible roots that had taken over our yard. Highly impressed with their work.
Amazing customer service! Pouring rain the day of our install Bo and his awesome crew still showed up on time and did a fantastic job! Todd is awesome with customer service and helping with tagging all your trees!
