My husband & I spoke with S. Brennan in Grapevine! She was very willing to assist us with our needs. She was even able to get a fantastic discounts on some pots I was eyeing!!! Her bubbly personality will have us coming back!
Nakia, was excellent, we came looking for a Venus fly trap for my son but they did not have any. However, she showed us all the plants that were there and gave a tour of the new things they had. She sent us on our way with a free gallon of their root stimulator and a smile. Will definitely be back!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like this one was well-deserved. We stopped by Moon’s Nursery in Grapevine with a pretty detailed plan in hand for a landscaping project we’ve been working on. Chase greeted us right away and took the time to go through everything with us. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made some great suggestions when a few of the plants on our list weren’t available. My home has been in need for an upgrade on the landscaping for many years. I've put it off for too long and gave Moon Valley a call. Cole came out and he was easy to work with and helped us with our questions and provided us with a great design. I recommend Moon Valley to anyone needing help.
I got excellent customer service atoon valley nursery. Very knowledgeable on trees and I purchased a Pistache Red Push a large tree it's beautiful and the planters did a wonderful job putting it in. Now I need to take good care of my new tree and they will come out in 3 months to check out my tree. You couldn't get better service than that. Other nurseries have always lied about their trees and I got bad trees. Moon Valley is the best you will ever get they are Excellent, trust me, it's true 👍.
