Sara and Juju visited our tree for its first inspection. Both were wonderful to visit with and were helpful with all our questions. There is no doubt our tree will give us many years of enjoyment. Looking forward to our next tree check up.
This place used to be nice before it was bought by this company. Now Kroger has a better Houseplant selection. Most of the plants here are over priced, wrongly labeled, not priced and most of them look unhappy and unhealthy.
Bought a tree from this company and it's not growing as well as we expected. Have tried to reach out to the company and we only gotten one visit. Watched them on camera and the young lady they sent didn't even go near the tree. This happened after trying to get someone to come out on 3 other occasions. Very disappointing
Moon Nursery is ok if you just need holes dug and plants placed. Nothing more. They did not put down a weed barrier, they did not stake any trees down, they do not do borders, i already had irrigation laid for the flower bed which they buried, they forgot the small stone I requested. If you just want holes dug and trees/shrubs placed they can do that. Very disappointed in my 12k flower bed.
Came in for the first time since new ownership (old ownership wasn’t very kind) - JEFF was a 5 star human! He met us at the front door, allowed our twin daughters to feed the koi and turtles (which they loved) , walked us through the property (wealth of knowledge), helped us find the perfect additions to our beds, retrieved a cart, carted our items to the front, and checked us out. 5 star employee, 5 star kindness, & 5 star service!!
