Leon made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We showed up with a rough idea of what we wanted, and he took the time to walk us through options, answer questions, and help us make the right choices without ever pushing us over budget. By the time we were loading everything up, it felt like we had been taken care of from beginning to end. We’ll definitely be returning—and Leon will be our first call every time.
The best nursery in Phoenix. The people who work here are very nice and helpful.
Had a couple FICA trees and about a dozen plants planted in the front yard. Scott and his team are the best on-site crew I have dealt with in years. I had some concerns and Scott came right over to examine the situation and had it fixed right away. He again went the extra mile and checked all water flow also to make sure everything was perfect! Just had a wonderful experience with Leon. We’ve been going to this moon valley for 3 years now and have had excellent customer service mostly working with Matt and Nico who are fantastic. Leon was so helpful today and gave tons of landscaping and plant care recommendations. Whenever we come here it doesn’t feel pushy, Matt is always honest with his recommendations and it’s much appreciated! 10/10 recommend this moon valley and working with one of these three gentlemen who we can vouch for.
