Very overpriced plants overall. Salespeople there will usher you to make a deposit on large plants so you won't lose out on them, telling you that everything is refundable. HOWEVER, they won't disclose to you that there's a 15% restocking fee even if you didn't pick up the plants yet.
They are so professional and friendly. By far the best nursery in Gilroy or Morgan Hill!!
I was super impressed by the service I received at Moon Valley! Damian Rose did a great job helping me pick out the tree for the home's backyard. He put a lot of thought into what would work/look best. He also labeled and saved the tree for me and took me on a tour to see it when I visited the nursery, before delivery. Santos Garcia and his team did an extraordinary job with the delivery. They worked with me on it's placement and taught me how to best care for the tree.
