They helped us a lot in our design and selection of trees for our backyard . They were very helpful in helping us find everything we needed as well as help with the design of the backyard, which we was very pleased with. We will recommend them to anyone that needs some work done.
I had several trees delivered and planted at my house. They were on time, and did a fantastic job! They helped me find the best place to put them, and gave me advice on the care they would need. They even staked one tree as a freebie for me. They have been the best I have ever dealt with. I love these guys!!
I was suprised to actually have a good time tree shopping. A great environment with mature, knowledgeable, young men willing to HELP!! I now send my family here to Big Tex whether they need small stuff or those HUGE amazing palms. Great business experience overall! I wish I could give 6 stars.
They are very helpful, personable, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time to help us find the right trees. They also understood what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us something we did not want. Delivery was sharp on time...awesome! Planting five trees took the team maybe 1.5hrs. Very friendly and professional. They even wrapped the trunks with the protection tape for sunburn. Their team did a great job!!
Well, we just came to LOOK at trees, but we were steered to the manager special, a greatly reduced large tree. This was a chance for a couple of old folks to have an "instant" tree. They were very knowledgeable and got us a good deal on a second tree as well.
Purchased six large boxed trees, the planting crew was great and they treated you like a friend, not just worried about selling you something, but they want you to happy with your purchase. Very knowledgeable about everything. Have answered continual questions through the hot summer to keep my trees thriving and looking well. I will not shop anywhere else, for my landscape needs.
