These folks r awesome they planted a large tree and several Rose Marie plants they we very respectful quick and professional they were also eager and knowledgeable in answering our questions and giving us proper and detailed instructions for watering and care I will be going back to moon valley for all my planting needs and any other plants I decided to get I strongly recommend them they r a good group of folks thanks moon valley
Oh my gosh! We just had the best experience at Moon Valley Nurseries. Jake was so helpful and answered all our questions. He also made sure we knew about all their deals and got us the best price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
Not really a fan, too pushy of a salesman. Then I asked if the berries from one of the trees is harmful to dogs (we have 4), sales guy told us flatly they weren't. We found out later this wasn't true. We would up down the street and buying from someone else
Thanks Brent! He took the time to show me a bunch of different plants/trees until I found the perfect one! He was great at explaining the process of planting the tree and how to care for it and also helped me load and secure it in my car. Thanks again!
Went in just visiting from Tucson Arizona, was greeted by manager John Uselton, he was so helpful by looking for the perfect pot even in this heat!!!! Thanks John for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!!! Great service.
I can't tell you how impressed I am with their customer service. I had a situation where there was some confusion on which trees they had in stock. I went down and they didn't have what I needed and the Manager John went above and beyond what any manager would do. He corrected the situation and made sure I was 150% satisfied. I won't buy trees anywhere else!!
Moon Valley Nursery exceeded my expectations! The employees answered all of my questions and were very kind and patient with me. They know their stuff! No chance I will be buying any plants from anywhere else but here! Really! Such a great experience.
These guys are so awesome. A couple of months after having two trees installed we stopped in to make sure we were watering properly and brought pictures to make sure it looked healthy. They really cared. John spent time with us, gave us some nutrients to use on them, told us how to water it and encouraged us to come back anytime we had any questions or concerns.
