Only go there if you want to be lied and conned by manager Dawn DeMarco. Installs unnecessary parts and refuses to return old parts to check if new parts actually needed. Hourly incompetant labor charge higher than most reputable dealers. Slick operator who knows all the angles to use on credit card companies when you try to dispute the charges. Beware of the outward pleasant, honest first impression of her when in reality it's all about how much money they can get from you for extremely inferior work. Don't walk away. Run!!... read more

So pleased with my service today. My Mom has gone to Moon Valley Motor Care for years, and so finally I decided to give them a try. My AC needed to be repaired. I am so pleased with Moon Valley Motor Care's service! Dawn, Tom, and the entire crew are all great, helpful, knowledgeable people. The service was efficient and thorough, and a good price! Thank you to everyone. I shall be returning for all of my automotive needs! :) My AC works great now!

Customer BEWARE!! In June of 2013, I took my RV to Moon Valley Auto Repair after it had failed emissions control testing. I drove the vehicle in and towed it out. After $650 dollars worth of tinkering they had replaced a brand new Auto Parts starter I had just installed not more than 30 days previously with a supposedly superior Delco starter. Last time I was in Phoenix, I needed a water pump and timing belt for my Honda Accord. Unfortunately, I had the work done by a mechanic I didn't know wasn't certified (Mike Allen of Lifetime Auto). After the repair, the car was running horribly. This time, I was staying in Phoenix with a friend and was on my way to Oklahoma. Yesterday, I had a blown tire and I broke down right in front of their operation. They gave me fabulous and caring service and attention. Drove me home so I didn't have to wait there and then picked me up as soon as my car was ready. I haghly recommend them to everyone and I will make sure my friends and relatives know about this place.

I started using Moon Valley Motor Care last year after a friend recommended it to me. I've had nothing but great experiences with them! They have fantastic customer service, they are always very sweet, and the employees are clean. My service is always quick but thorough. The prices are extremely fair. I have recommended it to numerous people and they have always been very happy with their services as well.

Brought my 2003 Ford Focusin due to a very loud ticking sound after doing a self install of a new belt and tensioner. It was around 3-4 in the afternoon on a friday but they still got me right in to see what it is and if it was a small enough fix to get me in and out. The woman running the shop, Dawn - and even the mehanics seemed happy to fix my car and didnt turn me away due to it being end of the day on a friday.
