Minimum water charge, expensive garbage pickup. Website has large pickup calendar but description of items to be picked up like carpet is vague. When you call you get u grateful people that either don't know or don't answer.
Something has changed in the water supply. Black colorization in noted in the commodes and shower. This started about a year and a half ago. Consequently, we are sending our water to an independent lab. They will compere there's with the published Township results!! This is July 2025!!
As a property manager overseeing multiple properties in the area, I’ve had many interactions with Moon Township Authority — and every single time, the experience has been excellent. They consistently pick up the phone quickly and are always helpful. Today I spoke with Cassie (I believe she’s the one who usually answers when I call), and she was incredibly friendly and informative, just like every other time. Their responsiveness and professionalism make my job much easier — truly appreciated!
Terrible customer service. Casey is very rude and tries to bulldoze over you. There needs to be a full personnel change.
Wish I could give zero Stars horrible service lazy employees. You get paid to do a job but yet you don't do your job. My mom lives in Moon township and she's been fighting with them constantly for years because they do not sit there and pick up trash or they sit there and they take the trash can all the way down five houses. If You pay your bill late. They charge you extra but it's okay for them not to pick up your trash. And that's fine. You don't get a discount. Nothing like that.
