I called and set an appointment for the crackle in my tweeters. I drove over an hour and they flat out refused to work on it because its a "custom build". Ridiculous
Really nice guys! I was intimidated at first due to coming in as a girl without much car knowledge. I left with the kind employee not charging me for a software update (other places were trying to charge $700 for it). I will for sure be back if new problems arise!
