I scheduled an appointment for 11 and was on time. They brought me right back let me know it was gonna be about a 5 min wait. I said that was fine as it takes time to undress anyways. I undressed and laid on the table for 30 mins where I heard them finish up a customer, then start a new one in that room. That’s when I put my clothes on and left. She followed me out and said “just 5 more minuets” as you can guess I left.
Just stay with the massage, it will be fine!. ( Any other offers is a Rip-off ).
First time here. Been looking for a good massage therapist and Sara (Sarah?) was GREAT. Feel much better after this massage. I will definitely be back.
No longer coming back 1) As I was trying to disrobe to get into massage table, therapist knocked on the door. I replied to give me a minute to finish disrobing. Instead of waiting, she entered and insisted it's ok. And watched finish disrobing and then lay down on the massage table. 2) door opens several times during massage and the therapists speak in native language. Mia was great at the massage and really paid attention to my problem areas. I would have given this place 5 stars, but they cut my scheduled hour and a half to an hour. My husband and I travel around the states so making a last minute appt is ideal. I went on the site on a Wed to book an hour and a half appt for the next day. They responded quickly via an email and confirmed my appt. I arrived 15 minutes early and confirmed with MIA that I was there for a 90 minute deep tissue appt.
