Rana is absolutely knowledgeable in what she does and is able to explain and share that knowledge in a manner that is simplified and easy to understand to someone who is not experienced in the field! As a client who was choosing to get laser hair removal for the first time, I found this to be comforting and it put my anxiety at ease. I’ve been going to Moon Spa for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This place has a calming atmosphere that makes you feel at ease and helps you relax. The owner is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable, not only that but there are also snacks and tea she brings out for her customers. Great atmosphere, Great customer service, overall the best laser experience I've ever had.
