I have been to moon river salon to see Miranda at first and I was ready to buzz cut my hair off it was so damaged! Miranda is a genius and so sweet she saved me from doing that and helped through that process. Now I have been seeing Emily after growing my hair out to its natural. I had some damaged bleached hair I wanted her to color match to my natural and she color matched wonderfully! Tessa did a beautiful job on my hair! Got a mini foil and a layered lob. She asked several questions to make sure I got exactly what I envisioned and it is better than I expected! Can’t recommend Moon River enough 🩵

I had a service at this salon and unfortunately saw no visible difference or improvement in my hair afterward. Despite the lack of results, I was charged a very high amount, which already felt unreasonable. When I raised my concerns, the situation only got worse. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff became rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. I had a service at this salon and left extremely disappointed. The haircut was much shorter than requested, and there was no visible change in the color of my hair. Despite this, I was charged a very high amount for a result that did not match what was discussed. At checkout, I was pressured to pay and to tip, even after I expressed that I was feeling unwell and unhappy with the work. Tessa has done my hair twice now and I absolutely love love love her. She always takes the time to give me the color and cut that I want while prioritizing my hair health. She is also so easy to talk to. I get excited to go get my hair done after meeting her.
