I purchased a car from Dalton at Moon River Auto site unseen. They are super easy to work with and very organized. Dalton was honest and very helpful, definitely shows they care for their customers. Also bought some parts from them, and everything was as described. It was a pleasure and I would definitely work with them again!
Great service
Semi-frustrated with my order. Placed order for rear axles for a mercedes. Was told they have them on hand and to expect tracking within a day or two, and almost a week later I was told the axles still have not been removed from the car or shipped. Offered to pay extra for expediting the process and no luck, no ETA to this day.
Great place to get that hard to find auto parts. All vehicles run off used parts.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bought a van from them I was told it just needed rear brakes changed. Went to my mechanic today and was told a completely different answer. Traded my car for this piece of junk! When I called and emailed to see if I could trade it back if my name was on the title of the van, they said no. Then continue to argue with me.
