This was our second time working with Sam, and once again, we had a great experience. He replaced our carpet with vinyl flooring and did an excellent job. When the initial material wasn’t sufficient, he proactively got the extra material needed and returned to complete the work without any hesitation. Sam came out to give me an estimate for a gate for my deck. He never got back to me with the estimate or answered my text after a week. If you don't want the job, say so. Don't leave a person hanging!
