This was my first visit to moon nails since I moved close to this nail salon I figured I would give it a try. No wait time on a Saturday and they were so accommodating and professional. Only thing I was kind of bummed about is I asked for 4th of July toes and they couldn't paint white stars on my big toe and offered star stickers instead which I declined. Been a customer here for many years, the ladies have all been great but lately they’ve had 2 men doing pedicures. I had one young man before and he was really good but when I went Friday, I had the other guy and I’ve never had such a terrible experience!!! It takes a lot for me to say something but Twice I had to tell him No, you need to stop!!! He was very rough and hard. I went to get my nails done yesterday, and I had heard from a friend that the technician they assigned had done poor work in the past. I asked the staff not to assign him to me, but they still tried to push me to work with him multiple times. After I reiterated my request, he left the salon very upset. I was really disappointed because, with plenty of other techs available, I should have been able to choose who I felt comfortable with. The whole experience was really frustrating and they were not welcoming at all!
I always have good luck here with my pedicures. The staff is nice. The area is clean and well kept. They can usually take you with an appointment within a couple of hours and can most of the time accommodate walk in business. The business is tucked into a small strip mall and is easy to access parking except when school is letting out.
