Probably the single best experience buying from anyone, let alone a "dealership", this locally owned shop was a pleasure to visit, Scott was great to deal with, got a terrific price on the bike I'd been looking for and got another great deal when having it serviced for the first time. Had the mechanic JD do a simple fork seal replacement and three rides in and they’re both puking oil and noticed that he proceeded to use a scotch bright pad and used a cross hatch pattern on my slides witch is simply unacceptable in my opinion and simply ignorant.
I bought a Ducati Scrambler 800 from Scott Moon at Moon Motorcycles a few weeks ago, the entire experience was fantastic and the bike's a gem. I ride it daily and have put almost 1k miles on it since purchase and it just purrs and purrs. 100% recommend this business, they're honest, helpful, and know their stuff inside/out. Bought my Norton online without seeing it in person. Everything was as described. Extremely trust Worthy place to buy from. Friendly owners and great communication throughout the buying and delivery process.
Can't say enough positive things about this business. Scott runs a trustworthy, carefully run shop and only sells well maintained, well cared for machines. The price on my bike was extremely fair, and I purchased it with full confidence that mechanically and otherwise it was in excellent condition. He even called after the purchase to include some new parts he found he had on hand for the bike. Completely satisfied, excellent buying experience, I highly recommend this reputable shop.
