I wouldn't waste your time. I inquired for in home euthanasia for my senior sick dog. She takes 24-48hrs (or longer) to even respond to your message each time. Who could know what exact day or time your pet will die. My dog hung on for almost a whole month from that 1st initial call to her. I was in regular contact with her through out. I'm so happy to have reached out to Dr. Moon for services for my fur baby! She is very knowledgeable, explains everything in a thorough manner, and she is so gentle and compassionate with animals. I called Dr. Moon on a Monday. She is an incredibly compassionate vet and an even more accommodating animal advocate. My last mobile vet had retired so I was in need of a new one. She called me with a plan that worked. I thank her for that.
Dr. Moon and her services are fantastic. She brings a vet tech with her who is good at his job and pays attention. They clean up after themselves and make sure the process is thorough without being stressful. They brought MANY treats which my dog loved. It was the same cost it would be going in the office. My dog has anxiety and is old. They treated her well and were very professional and compassionate. Dr. Moon gave great advice and treatment options. I am so glad to establish care with her. I highly recommend!
I can't say we had a glowing experience with Dr. Moon. To be fair, I will first start with what we did like: Dr. Moon was very prepared. She knew our dog's history and case well when she arrived; this was impressive. She had a tech with her; this was very helpful. The negatives are the following: First, the test she ran took over a month to come back.
