Jeff was such a pleasure to work with and the guys who came out to do the survey were kind and courteous. The survey was done and ready for us in about a week which I was impressed by as they had to mark out 3 total parcels and survey the whole 100 acres. Would defiantly recommend using them for your survey needs. Their hourly fee is reasonable and this isn't just for the guys in the field, it's for time spent drawing, filing, etc. as well so their pricing came out almost to the dollar of what I was expecting.

Originally called them and the guy told us $175 hour. Which is reasonable, however they were done in 30 mins and once I got the bill mailed to me they stated they had a 3 hour minimum and they still had to bill additional. It was a rip off because they never told us that when we called and if I’m paying for it fine do the whole area. They ended up only doing quarter of the work for 3 times the price.
