When working with Moon Mechanical Services LLC, you get what you pay for. They are cheaper than some other contractors, but we have had constant quality issues on everything. Cracked drip pans with silicone, plumbing leaks (on brand new remodeling jobs), poor HVAC duct install -- you name it! They also don't respond to voicemails when you call about all their install issues and never follow-up. Very disappointed and won't be working with them again.

Avoid them at all cost!!! Called them for an urgent matter and they left me hanging. Not even a call or anything. Good luck getting ahold of someone in the office. Go with Groffs down the street. Trust me

Left message after hours that our business did not have hot water. They were actually at the dealership before we even opened the next morning to check on our issue, Came back after we opened and had our issue fixed same day!

They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. We had a small issue with the hot water heater supply a few days after they were finished and Sean responded within minutes and Paul was there within 2 hrs (on the weekend) to take care of the issue. Great service and very knowledgeable. They are my go to HVAC company!
