Terrible customer service. They won’t honor gift cards issued in December 2024 that were purchased as a Christmas gift. Then they proceeded to make up some lousy story as to why they couldn’t honor the gift cards issued. ******GO ELSEWHERE!*******
This place went under new management at the beginning of January and won’t honor gift cards that were issued in December. Horrible customer service on their part. You’re losing customers and anyone they tell by doing this. Don’t support this business.
My husband bought me a gift card and I went in yesterday 3/24/25 to redeem my massage and they wouldn’t honor it telling me a bogus story about how new owners bought it on January 3rd 2025. She said the owners, name, number, EVERYTHING was changed so I was just going to except it and walk out but as I was leaving I looked over on the counter and there were the same gift cards with all of the same information. This place is a scam take your business to more deserving, reputable massage therapist!
