Disorganized, rude, would not come back again. Normally don’t post reviews but this was a pretty poor experience. We called a week ahead to make four 3pm appointments. They said that wasn’t a problem. The day before, they called saying there were only 2 spots available. When we got there, they said only one spot was available for 60 mins and the other would have to be cut short to 45 minutes. The massage itself was very mediocre. Very disorganized. I called yesterday and was told to come in at 6:00 and Cici would be my masseuse. I get there early and after waiting around Cici informs me she would not be able to help me as she had another appointment at 6:30 pm.
