The worst clinic ever , even if you have an appointment they made you for hours , the nurse put you in a small tiny room and tell you the doctor will be right with you, than you wait for another hour , extremely rude people who works here and unprofessional.
Left a detailed message requesting a call back to make an appointment for my sick daughter; never heard from them.
This is the most unprofessional office staff.I have encountered in quite awhile They called me this morning to say that I hadn't gotten the approval for my insurance company to tell me that my primary didn't do its job.Meanwhile, come to find out they called the wrong number.So it was on doctor Moon's office side that the mistake was made I couldn't go to work because I made this appointment so I lost money and when I get there they lied to me and told me they take care of things ahead of time only to find out she had only d... read more
Dr Moon performed my procedure yesterday and he was great! Everything was 100% successful. He has been the most present Dr I have had while staying at the hospital. He even drew me a picture to understand what the procedure would entail. 10/10
