I walked in today as a walk-in, and was greeted kindly. I was really excited to get some back relief, but unfortunately, the massage was not very good. It felt more like pushing against my body instead of an actual massage and when I went to pay, I was forced to leave a tip on my card. I was not allowed to go back to my car to grab cash and I really did not like that.
First time I went to this spa, Lulu gave me an amazing massage. Called to schedule with her again and I told them I was available all day. They told me Lulu was open at 9 am and so I scheduled. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 920. Nobody showed. I called and texted to no avail. While the message was great last time this is unacceptable practice. They didn’t even bother to contact me and apologize. Would not recommend
