Absolutely Incredible! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! I came in to get my lashes tinted and curled, and the results have been absolutely wonderful. It has been almost a month and a half, and they still look amazing and have lasted incredibly well. Gets better each time, hands down best lash lift experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful to have this option as she taught me about my sensitivities and helps ensure I have no negative reactions. I feel like a lot of care is put in not only to my actual appointment experience but the outcome.
Really frustrating experience. This is my second—and now last—time trying to book with Moon Lilly. Twice I’ve planned my entire day around my appointment, only to receive, first a message an hour before and then a late-night message asking to reschedule. It’s incredibly disrespectful of people’s time and energy —Really disappointing.
