Unfortunately, the service provided on our wedding day fell significantly short of our expectations and, more concerningly, was both unsafe and unprofessional. Safety Concerns The driver attempted to overfill the bus, trying to fit the entire group of over 120 people despite the bus not having enough seats. I personally had to intervene to ensure people were removed from the bus to avoid passengers standing in the aisles. Today, Horace was our bus driver and it was an excellent experience! He was very toughtful and helpful to drop us on the best and most safe place for our tour. He also said that he would be available to take us to a new destination that was shifted on a short noticed. The bus that we were on was very clean and organized too, which showed a sense of organization and attention that he has for it.
