I originally booked with a larger charter bus company that was based out of state and instantly cancelled once I saw there was a local company (moonlight transit) nearby and was met with the upmost kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the service provided on our wedding day fell significantly short of our expectations and, more concerningly, was both unsafe and unprofessional. Safety Concerns The driver attempted to overfill the bus, trying to fit the entire group of over 120 people despite the bus not having enough seats. I personally had to intervene to ensure people were removed from the bus to avoid passengers standing in the aisles.
