Not even an entire month in and my units lock has malfunctioned, leading me to have to change my plans for each day. Told to call back in the AM despite calling in the "AM" (8:45am, 9am & 6:20pm) I mean the units are decent but the cameras on the inside of my unit(NOT FOR MY PEROSONAL PROTECTION), the horrible customer service and no support when things like stupid electric locks, fail. Nice storage. I rent a few different storage buildings due to locations and signup for this rental was easy. I was able to rent and access the storage on the same day. Very polite staff and the process was a breeze. My recommendation is to skip the padlocks and avoid the frustration. Get a lock like the one pictured. You can unlock and lock everything with one gloved hand which is nice in the winter.

Got me a storage unit and it seems nice as far as storage units go and located fairly conveniently in town!
