Two upsides: the towels were clean and interior AC unit blew directly on the bed Otherwise: 1. The bed had a horrible divot in it and was not comfortable at all. Rolled straight into the divot with no hope of getting out. 2. The seal on the mini fridge door was busted, so that didn't work. 3. The head of the bed (sans a headboard) was up against the wall, under a window, so when the sun came up, the light was right in my eyes. 4. I stayed here about a week ago and had a great experience. The staff was very kind and accommodating. There's a reasonably priced overnight car park right across the street that's also run with kindness. Rooms are small but clean and recently updated. A/C works great. 10-15 minute walk to trains, I mostly used the L but I think the J was nearby as well.
