I made a reservation and made a mistake with the dates. It was supposed to be for the same day, but I made it for the next day. I called the hotel and went in person, and when I got there, the receptionist was incredibly rude. He told us we couldn't change the dates. It was 2:30 in the morning, and he said he couldn't do anything and kicked us out. He also let another person in the lobby talk to us, and then they threw us out onto the street. The hotel is dirty, it was full of sketchy people just walking in and out, I was pushed by one ‘guest’ who was in a hurry, and besides all that the front desk was very rude and mockish. It was a guy named Deep, or Dheep that was in the front desk that night. He did not want to assist with a reservation a made through a third party and would tell me rudely to only talk to them. Lost the reservation. Kind of glad I did not stay there because the place looked bad bad

Room was to small and to small bathroom bad to small And they didn’t give back deposit please trust there is workers so bad behavior I request everyone don’t go this hotel not safe please thank you
