Truly one of my favorite places to go for care and whole body wellness. The first few times I saw Melissa I could tell that I just felt different and couldn't explain why. As time went on, I truly started to pay more attention to little things with breath work, discomfort and how to work through it and really could tell my nervous system was shifting back to a state of rest.
