Calm and peaceful You will have a relaxing experience here. No matter how wound up you are when you walk in,you will not leave the same way,you will have a sense of peace. You can really feel the calm come over you as you enter. Who doesn't need to slow down and just be? Give yourself permission to just slow down,relax and heal what ails you.

CranioSacral Therapy For over 6 months, I have been seeing Jana for CranioSacral Therapy. I sought her help to reduce my chronic pain level which resulted from a disc replacement surgery in my neck.
