Office and Maintenance staff are amazing! I literally witnessed these girls in the office being screamed at by a tenant about something they have no control over! The younger generation are clueless and disrespectful. Respectfully these ladies deserve an award! If you are upset about a utility bill watch how you are conducting things being used in your unit! Be careful – getting your deposit back may be difficult. I lived in this apartment for a year and made sure to clean it before moving out. However, after leaving, I was charged nearly $800 for various cleaning tasks — including things like wiping down cabinets, cleaning walls, the oven, dishwasher, toilet, etc. I understand normal wear and tear happens after living somewhere for a year, and it’s unrealistic to return an apartment in “brand new” condition. Moon Grove office staff has been amazing, the girls in the office are very informative and willing to assist with any issues that arise. Although we as humans expect things to be fixed immediately they do their best to fix issues in a timely manner, they always go above and beyond from what I’ve seen. Monthly the resident events are just the cherry on top. Sha’Nay, Ziare and Alexa are amazing and deserve to be respected.
The staff from Moon Grove office is wonderful,. The Manager Sha Nay is very respectful helpful and takes great care of me . Sha Nay , Zaire and Alexa have been a great blessing with transitioning into the new apartment. Alex was great during my tour. Thank you for mzkingme feel welcome.
This place is absolutely horrible. They have BUGS like everywhere in the apartments including the tub. They said its because we live near the woods. Lol. They also tell you what you want to hear to get you moved in. They showed me a completely different apartment and then when I moved in, I had no lights or anything in my living room or bedroom.
