Don't even think of going here if you have any sense at all. Price increases are abundant. Loss of amenities and services, ditto. Had lease agreement which covered lawn care - forget it, we don't do that any more. Then why is it in a current lease agreement? Pay on line, they charge you 2.5%, go to do it, it's 3.7%. Agreements are worthless, even written ones. Idaho law says all utiliities charged by the landlord shall have individual meters.
