Have only had my new car for 3 weeks and a gravel truck threw up a large rock in to the lower portion of my windshield. I called Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz, and my service adviser gave me Mel's number. I sent him pictures of the crack and he responded immediately that it was repairable. He was at my car, which was at my work, within 30 minutes, and the repair was done in 30 minutes! He was such a nice man and explained the process. It made my day! The repair is undetectable to the untrained eye.
Mel is a STAR when it comes to customer service. I called up Moon Glaze Windshield repair to talk about a small chip in my front windshield that had not yet spidered. Not only did he repair that chip, but he took care of 4 others PLUS a spidered crack that he found in the black margin at the base of the windshield. I highly recommend him.
